We’ll assess that value, set an opening proposal high enough to enable you to make three concessions before you hit your bottom line, identify the power brokers willing to use their influence on your behalf, assess your negotiation partners’ interests (needs, desires, challenges, preferences and priorities) “theme” your offer as mutually beneficial to you and your organization, and write responses to anticipated push-backs.
