Victoria brought a quarter-century of legal practice followed by a decade of mediation and arbitration experience to her work. After earning her Master’s in conflict resolution from the world-famous Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, she published two books on the psychology of conflict and the practicalities of assisted negotiation - The Grownups’ ABCs of Conflict Resolution and Success as a Mediator for Dummies. She is finally working on finishing her first novel and working to improve her photographic skills.
