Protecting Women’s Interests During Pregnancy with Rachel Arkell

The working theory in protecting babies in utero is that women, and only women, pose big risk to their own pregnancies. This has lead to legislation and policies that force restrictions on pregnant women that would otherwise look like a violation of rights. Rachel Arkell, PhD candidate, researcher, and advocate, is here to teach how we can better protect pregnancies while still maintaining the right of pregnant by establishing trust.
